It is great! Especially if you struggle with your mental health and anxiety! Helen puts you at ease and it not scary! And she guides you through and any issues you may experience you can discuss in this session! There is no pressure or expectation! Just enjoyment! Additionally, there is somewhat of a gentle calming aura throughout). You may not feel like doing it when you first wake up but it is such a good way to start your day and feel some positivity! Very good experience, tranquil and meditative.
I joined the 7-day yoga challenge during lockdown, she kept in constant daily contact, was very supportive during the class, was very mindful of the people following her instructions and kept it to a nice flowing speed.
Would recommend to anybody wanting to have peace, stay calm and to stretch muscles in a relaxed manner.
Found a new exercise from what I was expecting.
